
MONROE, OH-The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that Columbus-based Steiner + Associates' proposed $300-million project in Liberty Township is drawing interest from local people, businesses and real estate brokers. The mixed-used project will come near Interstate 75 and will provide 1 million square feet of residential, retail and office space.
The first phase of the project, called Liberty Town Square, will comprise apartments, department stores, retail space, office space and a movie theater. The project is expected to be opened in spring 2015. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
