PORT WASHINGTON, WI-Premier Real Estate Management LLC of Brookfield is planning to construct 60 apartments on a 10.26-acre site in Port Washington. WaterStone Bank is the owner of the site where Premier Real Estate Management is considering building market-rate apartments.

The developer proposed five, 12-unit structures on the site located near Highway 32 and East Sauk Road. WaterStone Bank assumed control over the site after a condominium project proposed for the land failed. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
