CHICAGO-Gonnella Baking Co. of Schaumburg is looking to sell a 1.8-acre property in Chicago's River West neighborhood. The company has tapped Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the site at 1001 W. Chicago Ave. for a residential development.
John Roberson of Jones Lang said that Gonnella is planning to relocate a 67,000-square-foot bakery situated on the site to another location.
