
LIVERPOOL, UK-Gresham House has gained planning permission for a foodstore and petrol station Earlestown, St. Helens. The scheme includes a package for planned renovation to revive Earlestown town centre.
The new Class A1 foodstore will comprise 70,000 square feet. John Lorimer of Gresham House stated that Cheetham & Mortimer and GVA are discussing with potential operators on behalf of the company.
