MINNEAPOLIS-Hines Interests will start construction on Dock Street Apartments, a 185-unit complex near Target Field. The Houston-based developer, which has been planning the apartment building for more than a year, received municipal approvals in May.
Hines bought the site at 333 Washington Ave. N in late July for $14 million. The six-story project will include a two-floor parking garage and 3,000 square feet of retail space. The AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust financed the project. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
