NEW YORK CITY-Mitsubishi International Corp. has reorganized its spaces and floors in order to consolidate and expand operations at 655 Third Ave. The company has expanded its space at the Third Avenue building to 122,500 square feet.

The asking rent for the deal was $54 per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle's Chris Kraus and Eric Reimer, who has recently left the firm, represented Mitsubishi and the Durst Organization's Eric Engelhardt represented the landlord in-house. For the full story, go to New York Post .
