LONDON-A GBP 30-million plan proposed by LCP for the redevelopment of Pitsea town center situated near Basildon in Essex has received approval. The regeneration will focus on a Morrison's superstore measuring 75,000 square feet, renovated office blocks, new shops and a new and enhanced 100-stall market.
