
WASHINGTON, DC-The United Nations Foundation will combine its two offices situated in Washington, DC into a single location on a Pennsylvania Avenue NW building. The organization inked a lease for 85,000 square feet of office space at 1750 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.
The UN Foundation leased the space from Vornado/Charles E. Smith. The building is situated near the White House. The foundation will move to the new location in January 2014. CBRE negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the UN Foundation. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
