LOS ANGELES-The Los Angeles Times reported that Westfield, an Australian shopping mall giant, is planning to shift its US headquarters from Wells Fargo Center in Brentwood to Century Plaza Towers in Century City. The company will occupy 81,124 square feet of office space in one of the twin 44-story towers situated near Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.
The newspaper said that terms of the new lease deal were not revealed. Institutional investors, managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, own the Century Plaza Towers. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business .
