BEVERLY, MA-Xylem has signed a lease for 39,000 square feet of manufacturing, office and lab space in Beverly, Massachusetts. The water technology provider based in New York is consolidating its offices located in Woburn and Gloucester to the new location at 100 Cummings Center.

Details of the lease deal were not revealed. The new facility, formerly housed Microsoft, now serves as the main office for Xylem's flow-control business. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
