LONDON-Circle Express Ltd. has signed a long-term lease for 122,398 square feet of space at Unit 1 in Polar Park, Heathrow. The all-round freight distributor leased the space from Segro.
Circle Express will use the facility for the purpose of storage and distribution of freight goods. The newly signed deal will allow the company to move from its current 30,000-square-foot unit at Axis Park, the Segro-operated property, to the new location. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
