EQT Partners to Open First NYC Office in Grace Building

NEW YORK CITY-Swedish private equity firm EQT Partners has signed a lease for its first New York City office.

NEW YORK CITY-Swedish private equity firm EQT Partners has signed a lease for its first New York City office. The firm has inked a lease for 10 years with Brookfield Office Properties for nearly 9,100 square feet of space on the 38th floor of the Grace Building at 1114 Sixth Ave.

EQT Partners will pay $95 per square foot as rent for the new space. CBRE Group Inc. represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
