ST. PAUL, MN-Minneapolis-based First & First will start a redevelopment project at the old Chrysler dealership in St. Paul. The developer is planning to convert the site, located at 1891 Suburban Ave., into a $15-million strip mall.
The strip mall, named Suburban Town Square, will comprise 45,000 square feet. Pawn America and an associated business that will market Pawn America items will occupy space at the retail project, which is scheduled to be opened in 2013.
