SEATTLE-Holland Partner Group will start construction this month on two apartment buildings, namely, True North and Rivet, in downtown Seattle. True North will be built at 801 Dexter Ave. N. and will include 266 studio, single- and double-bedroom units.
Rivet will come up at 1201 Mercer St. and will comprise 131 loft, single- and double-bedroom units. Holland purchased the site earlier this month for $5.6 million from Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Both apartment complexes are scheduled to be opened in early 2014.
