PITTSBURGH-Massaro Dawson Group is planning to construct a four-building, 298,080-square-foot residential complex beside the South Hills Village T station. The multifamily property is part of a $41.5-million project planned for South Hills Village.
On Wednesday, the Port Authority Planning & Stakeholder Relations Committee approved the project. The complex will include 320 apartment units and a clubhouse and will be built on a 6.43-acre parking lot. Massaro Dawson Group is a joint venture of Dawson Co. LLC and Massaro Properties LLC.
