CHICAGO-MCZ Development Corp. is planning to construct a 50-unit apartment project in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood. The Chicago-based developer is intending to construct two 25-unit structures at 1711-1755 N. Winnebago St.

A MCZ venture purchased the land in July 2011 for nearly $1.2 million from entities managed by developer Frank Tholke, developer Krzysztof Karbowski and Jack Jedynak for the Bucktown project.
