PORTLAND, OR-Capstone Partners LLC, a developer based in Portland, is planning to start construction on a New Seasons Market-anchored mixed-used development in the Hollywood District. The grocery chain signed an agreement with Capstone to occupy 34,500 square feet in the $60-million development, called Grant Park Village.

The project will come up on the old Albina Fuel site. Construction will start in early 2013 and the project will open in fall 2014. Urban Works Real Estate handled the lease deal. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
