DALLAS-Brentwood, Tennessee-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has enlarged its operations in Dallas by 200,000 square feet and extended its lease at 3700 Pinnacle Point Drive for 591,025 square feet.

DALLAS-Brentwood, Tennessee-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has enlarged its operations in Dallas by 200,000 square feet and extended its lease at 3700 Pinnacle Point Drive for 591,025 square feet. The expansion has brought the firm's total footprint at Pinnacle Park in Dallas to 1.13 million square feet.

Doug McDowell from ProVenture and Ann Huntington from CBRE's Dallas office represented the tenant, while Toby Rogers from Hillwood Investment Properties represented landlord Bentall Kenedy in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
