NEW YORK CITY-Swarovski is opening its first boutique in downtown Brooklyn. The sparkling crystal shop has leased 2,500 square feet at 490 Fulton St. The asking rent for the ground-floor space was $300 per square foot.
Other retailers in the five-story facility include Raymour & Flanigan, Seattle's Best Coffee and Express. Planet Fitness will open there later this month. RKF's Robert Cohen represented Swarovski, while Isaac Chera provided in-house representation for a Perella Weinberg Partners fund and Stanley Chera's Crown Acquisitions.
