SUNSET HILLS, MO-Brinkmann Constructors has started construction on the Phase I of a $50-million expansion at Friendship Village Sunset Hills, a senior living community in Sunset Hills. The Chesterfield-based company is constructing 10 independent living villas on the 52-acre campus of the community.
The $50-million project will also include a clubhouse that will be connected to a 78-unit apartment building. The villas are expected to be completed in March 2013.
