
FOSTER CITY, CA-The Bay Area News Group reported that a development team has revealed a proposal to construct 400 senor housing units beside City Hall in Foster City. The proposed plan calls for 196 condominiums, 66 affordable-housing units and 152 independent- and assisted-living apartments.
The developers, headed by the New Home Company, will submit the plan at a joint meeting of City Council-Planning Commission. The project will also include 25,400 square feet of office space and 35,600 square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
