
NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE-NewRiver Retail has won planning permission from North Tyneside Council to redevelop its Forum Shopping Centre, 91,000-square-foot property in Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne. The planned development includes the addition of new retail space including a foot store measuring 46,000 square feet and a 300 space covered car park.
NewRiver will renovate the old Co-operative store to accommodate four retail units and refurbish the shopping center. The company bought the center in December 2010. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
