MIAMI-Perez Trading has signed a 280,601-square-foot lease at Prologis Gratigny Industrial Park. The paper and packaging company has leased the bulk distribution warehouse space at 11400 NW 32nd Ave. from Prologis.
The Perez Trading deal has brought the park's occupancy rate to 100%. Under the lease agreement, Perez Trading will occupy the warehouse space immediately. The tenant was represented by Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda from Jones Lang LaSalle, while the landlord was represented by Brian Smith and Audley Bosch of Cushman & Wakefield.
