
NASHVILLE-Ray Hensler, a developer behind the Adelicia condo in Midtown, is expecting start Nashville's first high-rise apartment tower in more than a decade. The developer is planning to start construction on the $80-million apartment building in the Gulch by the end of this year.
The 23-story building will also include a 7,000-square-foot restaurant, a 2,800-square-foot gym, a fifth-floor sky terrace, a game room, a hotel-inspired lobby and a saltwater pool. The project is expected to open in spring/summer 2014. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
