
NEW YORK CITY-Small law firms are expanding their footprints in New York City. Seattle-based Perkins Coie, which subleased nearly 10,000 square feet at 30 Rockefeller Plaza from Haynes and Boone LLP one year ago, has expanded to nearly 25,000 square feet in the building by subleasing the space from Squire Sanders.
Herbert Smith LLP recently signed a 27,000-square-foot sublease at 450 Lex Ave. and Chapman and Cutler LLP is planning to expand its space at Rockefeller Center. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
