BUFFALO-A vacant Swiss Chalet eatery in Lancaster is getting another restaurant chain as its new tenant.

BUFFALO-A vacant Swiss Chalet eatery in Lancaster is getting another restaurant chain as its new tenant. Denny's has signed a long-term lease for 6,500 square feet of restaurant space on Transit Road. The restaurant chain inked the deal with several lease renewal options.

Denny's is expecting to open the Transit Road restaurant by later this fall. Vito Picone and Jim Geiger of McGuire Development Co. brokered this lease deal. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
