VANCOUVER, WA-Portland-based Schlesinger Cos. has signed four lease deals totaling approximately 30,000 square feet at Bank of America Financial Center, a 275,000-square-foot building at 805 Broadway St. The General Services Administration has leased 14,750 square feet; CW Capital has taken 7,265 square feet; Occuscreen has taken 3,375 square feet; and Wells Fargo Advisors has leased 3,492 square feet at the building, which is now nearly full.
