BRISTOL, UK-PRUPIM has started a project to refurbish, renew and extend One Victoria Street, a prominent office building in Bristol. The five-story building, situated beside the Bristol Bridge, will create 47,000 square feet of office space on completion.
The redevelopment work will include a renovation of the facade, the expansion of the fifth-floor space to build a penthouse office suite and an extensive update of the reception and entrance. The scheme is expected to be completed in autumn 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
