
DALLAS-Trammell Crow Co., based in Dallas, is getting ready to start the first phase of Legacy Towers project by early 2013. The company has made up its mind to start the construction work after observing a strong interest from potential tenants.
Adam Saphier of Trammell Crow declined to reveal the identity of the tenants looking at the first phase of the project. The initial phase will include a 341,000-square-foot building and the second phase will include a 192,000-square-foot building. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
