NEW BERLIN, WI-Zero Zone Inc. has inked a temporary lease for a 77,200-square-foot warehouse space in a building situated at 16555 W. Ryerson Road in New Berlin. The lease runs for six months. The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International's vice president, Dave Hazenfield negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. According to Hazenfield, the refrigerated display case manufacturer will continue its search for a long-term deal to fulfill its warehousing requirements.
