NEW YORK CITY-Melissa Muller Daka, a Chelsea restaurateur, has inked a 950-square-foot retail lease in a building situated at 186 Ninth Avenue to house a new restaurant named Pastai. The asking rent for the space was $120 per square foot. Rozmae Realty Co. is the owner of the building located between West 21st and West 22nd streets.
