MILWAUKEE-The Milwaukee-based developers, trading as Jackson Street Management LLC, are looking to purchase tract in the Park East for a 110-room hotel. The downtown Milwaukee Marriott developers will purchase the site near the junction of Old World Third Street and West Juneau Avenue from Milwaukee County.
The developers have petitioned to the Milwaukee County Board on September 13 to negotiate to purchase the parcel for a branded hotel.
