GREENVILLE, SC-Midas Hospitality LLC has broken ground on a Candlewood Suites hotel in Greenville, South Carolina. The 97-room hotel will be situated in the community called Verdae, near Interstate 385 and Interstate 85.
The St. Louis-based hotel developer, owner and operator will control the hotel. The Greenville hotel is the only property in South Carolina for Midas, which operates and owns six hotels within its 16-property portfolio. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
