BEDFORD PARK, IL-The Missner Group has completed an estimated $900,000 design-build improvement project for Bedford Park for Leggett & Platt Fashion Bed. The 254,535-square-foot warehouse facility is situated at 6755 W. 65th St. in the Bedford Park Business Center.
Fashion Bed executed the lease in mid-May and started construction on June 1. The company will consolidate several facilities in the new warehouse. Principal Global Investors is the owner of the industrial building. NAI Hiffman's Larry Much represented Fashion Bed in the lease transaction.
