
HAMBURG, GERMANY-Rockspring Property Investment Managers has completed the refurbishment of Ostkreuz Center, a 376,736-square-foot property in Hamburg. The company took 18 months to complete the refurbishment project at a cost of roughly EUR 20 million.
Rockspring bought the property, located at the intersection of the A24 and A1 motorways, in 2010 from the Metro Group. The property was developed between 1976 and 1984.
