Commercial Florida Realty Negotiates Lease at 5220 New Kings Road

JACKSONVILLE, FL-ABC Supply Co. Inc.'s division, Town & Country Industries Inc. has inked a lease renewal for a 67,000-square-foot space in addition to leasing another 43,000 square feet of space at 5220 New Kings Road. Sanderson & Co. based in Jacksonville is the owner as well as the manager of the warehouse spanning 142,000 square feet. The remaining space available in the building measures 30,650 square feet.
