NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Emmes Asset Management Company LLC has completed a major renovation at 4000 MacArthur Blvd., a two-building office property in Newport Beach. The two 10-story buildings comprise 377,893 square feet of space.
The building underwent a lobby renovation and significant transition. Shlemmer Algaze Associates Design and Architecture Firm designed the project. Significant upgrades were also carried out all through the building. Construction is also set to start on a full-service cafe along with an outdoor patio on the building's ground floor.
