SAN DIEGO-Heritage on Ivanhoe LLC is constructing a gated enclave of single-family homes at 7740 Ivanhoe Ave. in La Jolla. The homes are currently under construction on a land that was earlier held by the Copley publishing family. The project will comprise eight twin homes, three detached homes and three La Jolla beach cottages.
Each home will feature a private elevator, finished roof decks and two-car garage. Golba Architecture of Pacific Beach is the project architect. Heritage on Ivanhoe bought the property in 2011. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
