ST. LOUIS-Lodging Hospitality Management (LHM) will start a $15-million renovation of its St. Louis Airport Marriott this fall. The project will be carried out in two phases. The renovation includes adding a new lobby, redesigning all 600 suites and guest rooms, concierge lounge, bar and fitness center.
A part of the renovation, the hotel will upgrade 35,000 square feet of meeting space. LHM will be the general contractor. The project is scheduled to be finished in 2014. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
