SEATTLE-Commercial real estate brokers reported that two more Seattle office buildings that house Amazon.com have reached sales block. The West 8th and 7th & Madison buildings will join the other two Amazon.com headquarters that are already on the market.
Seattle-based Touchstone Corp. owns the 28-story West 8th along with Prudential Real Estate Investors. Seattle-based HAL Real Estate Investments is the owner of the nine-story 7th & Madison.
