
CHARLOTTE, NC-CBRE Group Inc. has recently secured $141.5 million in permanent financing for two office towers in uptown Charlotte. The firm arranged the financing for the Hines U.S. Core Office Fund to refinance the Carillon and Charlotte Plaza office buildings. The buildings were refinanced for $59 million and $82.5 million, respectively.
The loan has a term of three years. The loan-to-value is 65%. CBRE's Atlanta and Charlotte office represented Hines in the deal. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
