WICHITA, KS-South Dakota-based KAJ Management is preparing to start construction on a Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on the northeast corner of Greenwich Road and 21st Street in Wichita.

WICHITA, KS-South Dakota-based KAJ Management is preparing to start construction on a Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on the northeast corner of Greenwich Road and 21st Street in Wichita. The company bought the adjacent Wichita Staybridge Suites this summer.

The Wichita Eagle reported that the new hotel will fall within the division of a STAR bond district, but it will be separate from the STAR bond project. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
