SAN JOSE, CA-The county of Santa Clara has leased an 83,841-square-foot space at the Ridder Park Technology Center at 880 Ridder Park Drive in San Jose for the relocation of its Department of Child Support Services. As per public records, an asking rent of $1.4 per square foot will be paid by the county, with an annual increase of 2.5%. Additionally, the county will not pay rent for the first 10 months.
