BRISTOL, UK-3P Learning has inked a lease for 4,351 square feet on the fourth floor of a building at Bull Wharf in Bristol city center. The e-learning provider is the first tenant after the comprehensive renovation of the building. At present, the building has 12,000 square feet of renovated office space for occupation.
In the deal, DTZ, a UGL company, negotiated for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, while Williams Gunter Hardwick brokered for 3P Learning. DTZ's Project and Building Consultancy team completed the renovation. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
