NEW YORK CITY-The Albanese Organization, based in Garden City, Long Island, has finalized and improved its plan for 510 W. 22nd St. The development firm is planning to build the boutique office tower beside the High Line Park.
Floor plates of the 10-story, 170,000-square-foot tower will range between 15,500 and 19,600 square feet. The 510 W. 22nd property currently houses a five-story garage. The building will have terraces on the 2nd, 7th, 8th and 10th floors. For the full story, go to New York Post .
