
NEW YORK CITY-The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has inked a 20,000-square-foot lease at 61 Broadway, a 33-story tower measuring 780,000 square feet. The nonprofit will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building situated between Exchange Plaza and Rector Street by the end of 2012. The asking rent for the building space was in the low $30s per square foot.
