NEW YORK CITY-VCS, corporate parent of women's footwear firm Camuto Group, has inked a 27,000-square-foot lease at 1370 Sixth Avenue. In the deal, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail brokered for the tenant, while CBRE brokered for the ownership. In the mean time, Camuto has leased a storefront measuring 2,300 square feet at 123 Fifth Avenue for an asking rent of $275 per square foot.
