WASHINGTON, DC-Allen & Overy LLP is negotiating a lease deal to nearly double its District offices. The British law firm has inked a letter of intent to occupy the former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP space at 1101 New York Ave. NW. It is negotiating a 52,000-square-foot lease with Property Group Partners.

The law firm is currently located at 1301 K St. NW. Tom Fulcher of Studley Inc. is representing Allen & Overy in the lease negotiations. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
