PHILADELPHIA-Five tenants have signed lease deals totaling 16,355 square feet at the Bourse, a 286,000-square-foot facility at 111 S. Independence Mall East.

PHILADELPHIA-Five tenants have signed lease deals totaling 16,355 square feet at the Bourse, a 286,000-square-foot facility at 111 S. Independence Mall East. Humanistic Robotics Inc. has leased 2,790 square feet; DiLenardo Siano & Caserta Ltd. has taken 5,722 square feet; The Language Co. has taken 4,800 square feet; PA-NJ-DE Minority Supplier Development Council has leased 1,745 square feet; and Oxman Goodstadt & Kuritz have taken 1,298 square feet at the 10-story building.
