AUSTIN, TX-CBRE Group Inc. has closed three lease deals totaling 18,322 square feet at the Stonebridge Plaza at 9606 N. MoPac Expressway in Austin. HMG & Associates Inc. and Revionics Inc. have leased 6,832 square feet and 5,659 square feet, respectively, at Stonebridge Plaza I, while Performance Tuning has leased 5,831 square feet of space at Stonebridge II.

Direct Deal represented HMG & Associates, Aquila Commercial represented Revionics and Equitable Commercial Realty represented Performance Tuning. CBRE represented landlord Hart Stonebridge Plaza I LLC. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
